Webco Salem 60” fabricated Debarker Arms

The Salem 60in debarker arm is one of the top 3x largest debarker arms we fabricate at Webco Mill Supply Ltd. This arm weighs 325lbs, and is over 4ft long and takes a 5in wide tip!

This arm is traditionally a "casted arm, and if you have a Salem 60in debarker you know that these arms have a heavy price tag and a very heavy lead time. We have reverse engineered the Salem 60in casted arm to be fabricated within a 4-6wk window without compromising strength, performance and longevity but rather increasing these quality’s. We only use high alloy materials in the fabrication build which provide additional longevity and add-on additional wear protection to the lead edge by our thermal overlay process.

Why do we paint the arms you may ask? We know millwrights out there are busy and the arms maybe be sitting in a warehouse or outdoors for a period of time prior to a scheduled maintenance shut down. In order to protect them from corrosion until installed and keep them looking good, we give them a nice protective layer of Webco Orange.
